All submitted manuscripts are subject to initial appraisal by the Editor-in-chief, and, if found suitable for further consideration, to peer review by independent, anonymous expert referees. We select at least two reviewers from highly qualified scholars before sending it for the decision to the Editor-in-Chief. The usual deadline for a reviewer to submit the report is two weeks. The manuscripts are evaluated according to their originality, scientific soundness, interest to the readers, clarity of presentation, and English language level.
